What is the Mississippi Figure Skating Club?

The Mississippi Figure Skating Club (MSFSC) is an organization formed under the aegis of United States Figure Skating (USFS), which is the governing body of eligible figure skaters in the United States with a membership of over 196,000 ( 2005-2006 season).

MSFSC members are offered an exciting and rewarding opportunity to sharpen their skating skills against National Guidelines, with the assistance of qualified instructors.

We encourage all who are interested in the sport of figure skating, regardless of skill to join us in the promotion of greater participation and enjoyment of our sport.

Currently we are without an ice rink in the greater Jackson area and it has made skating hard for some of us. With hard work and persistence we continue skating as often as we can, traveling to rinks in surrounding states as often as possible.
